A: AI (Illustrator file) or PDF (Unlock file) will help to speed up the artwork proofing process. High resolution JPEG file may work sometimes. Q: Can I get some sample? Any charge? A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Q: Can you produce according to the samples?
